• All products are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
• Average production time: 2–7 business days, depending on the print provider and product type.
• Orders cannot be modified once production has started.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination and print provider. Typical estimates:

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.
• Multi‑item orders may ship separately depending on the print provider.

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
• Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility.

 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all items are custom‑made, we follow our manufacturers return rules:

5. No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

This is because each item is produced specifically for your order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To process a replacement, customers must provide:

• A clear photo of the issue
• The order number
• A description of the problem

Claims must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.

7. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

• We will file a claim with the print provider.
• After verification, a replacement will be issued.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for free replacement.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
